Students who are NEW to Box Elder School District for the 2026-2027 school year will need to fill out the following form in order for us to request your records from your previous school. BEHS will be requesting a transcript, birth certificate, immunization record and an IEP, ELL or 504 plan if applicable.
Once ALL of these records have been received, you will be contacted to set up an intake appointment. You MUST provide proof of residency by the day of your appointment. Registration appointments will begin after August 10th.
