New Students to our District: please read below....
If you are a new student transferring from a different school district please fill out this form (CLICK HERE) so we can get records from your previous school. Once your student's record has been received, including a Transcript, IEP, ELL, 504 (if applicable), birth certificate and immunization record, you will be contacted sometime after the first week in August to set up an intake appointment You MUST bring with you proof of residency (rental agreement, utility bill, etc) and a payment of $114.00 or Fee Waiver application and proof of income to your appointment.
