  Online Scheduling Instructions

We are excited to launch our new online scheduling tool. Students who are in the 11th & 10th grade this year will be required to register online to create their next year's schedule. Detailed instructions and information can be found below:

Registration begins for next year's seniors at 6:00am on April 28th.
Juniors begins at 6:00am on May 3rd.
Registration for both grades closes at 11:00pm on May 8th.

Students will register through their PASSPORT portal. The above instructions can be found in the scheduling window in the right corner under the student's name.

Scheduling Updates:

  • The online registration window will be opening TOMORROW, May 19th at 6am and will continue to be open through Sunday, May 22nd closing at midnight.  We strongly recommend making sure you have a full schedule of classes as they are filling quickly and will continue to fill with new students coming in August.  Appointments are available on Thursday and Friday, May 19th and 20th, for counselor assistance by scheduling with Alicia Harris, the counseling clerk.

  • A new Financial Literacy class has been opened up during 3rd trimester 1st hour. This class is for seniors ONLY!
  • Juniors: We have decided to preschedule you into your Parent Release classes for next year. Please check your schedule in the next few days to make sure you have been placed in the Parent Release class.

  SAGE Testing Schedule
We will be doing SAGE testing from May 16 - May 26.

  NEW Civics Test Graduation Requirement

Beginning with the Class of 2016, all students must pass the basic civics test to graduate from high school (see the American Civics Education Initiative, S.B.60, Utah Legislative Session 2015.) The civics test is untimed and can be repeated.

The test is available on the student grade portal through the student passport login at

A score of 70% is required. Proof of test completion will be recorded on the BESD student grade portal.

Parents, please click here to access PASSPORT. This is our parent secured access system to allow parents and students to access grades, attendance, lunch balances etc. with a single secured login. Parents and students are able to maintain their own logins similar to other commonly used websites.
