All Seniors participating in the Keys to Success Program are eligible to apply. Check out the opportunities today!

The following scholarships are available through the counseling office:

Calvin & Reva Wiggins Foundation Scholarship: This is a $1,000 scholarship for senior students that will pursue a career in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Astronomy, Engineering all disciplines.

Kaiser Page Medical Scholarship: This $1,000 scholarship is awarded to a BESD student who will study in the medical field.

Lowell & Colleen Sherrett Scholarship: $1,000 for a graduating BEHS senior who has been accepted to a 4 year college or university. Must have a 3.0 GPA or better and shows leadership, integrity, kindness, and strength of character. Service, community involvement, and religious involvement are also considered.

Dale C. Young Memorial Scholarship: $3,000 for a BEHS graduate who will be majoring in Education. Must have 3.5 GPA or better, show financial need and not received any other scholarships by time of selection. Leadership, community service and other significant achievements will be considered.

Heber Lynn Orme Scholarship: Two $500 scholarships are available. One for a student who will study Home Economics and one for the area of Agriculture.

“Tomorrows Pioneers” Scholarship: This scholarship is for a senior of the highest character exemplified through specific acts through their lives of true pioneers of faith, courage, endurance, and family values. Must have overcome SIGNIFICANT disadvantages and show economic need.

Box Elder Jr. Livestock Auction Scholarship: $500 for a student who has been active in the Junior Livestock, 4-H, or an FFA member.

Utah Association of Independent Insurance Agents: This is a $1,000 scholarship for students who will pursue a career in business or insurance. Students must have 3.0 GPA or better. Be active in extra-curricular activities. Must have an ACT score of 17 or better and demonstrate financial need.

Big Sun Scholarship: This is a $500 scholarship for student athletes. Must be a graduating senior who is participating in any sport during their senior year whether at school or in the community.

Heritage Theater Drauca J. Holmes Scholarship: Students must be a graduating senior, Utah resident, must be majoring in a field related to the Theater Arts, and must have been part of a Heritage Theater production in some way. Preference will be given to participation while in high school.

Student-View Scholarship Program: This is a scholarship drawing for students who complete a 15-20 minute survey.

Pursuit of Higher Education Scholarship: This award is for a student that has prepared well to continue their education and has taken AP and Concurrent Enrollment classes, but does not necessarily have outstanding grades or ACT scores. Students that have an ACT higher than 26 will not be considered.

The Tyson D. Wilding Memorial Scholarship: $500 scholarship awarded to a Box Elder High School senior who has who has shown strength, determination, and courage in overcoming adversity and trial in the face of overwhelming odds. It is named in the memory of Tyson Wilding who showed great resiliency and courage as well as a positive attitude despite the many physical and health struggles he faced during his life

Ladies Community Club Scholarship: This is a local scholarship for seniors who will pursue post-secondary education. Students must show academic achievement, school involvement, and community service.

Vivint Smart Home Scholarship: This is a$5,000 scholarship to a BE District student. Must a senior and a legal resident of the US. Must enroll in college by September 30, 2017. You will submit a required video.

Mountain America Credit Union’s 2017 Scholarship offers six scholarships to Mountain America Credit Union members and their families. The scholarships are awarded based on academic performance, community volunteer service and a written essay about educational and career aspirations. One $2,000 scholarship is awarded in each of the following categories: Community Service and Social Service, General and Other Academic Majors, and Business and Communications Majors.

Sonne Scholarship: This is for an incoming freshman student at USU for $1,100 per semester for two semesters. Must be a graduating senior showing talent and potential for continued leadership.

African-American Leadership Award: This is a USU scholarship for $750 tuition. Must be a senior who has demonstrated leadership in school and community.

Douglas Fife Business Scholarship: Fife Rock offers this scholarship to a student who has excelled in business by taking multiple courses and plans to have a career in business.  The student selected must plan to extend their education to the college level and exemplifies the qualities of honesty and integrity which are important in the business community and in personal success.  Student grades and special circumstances are considered.

Farr West Agribusiness Association Scholarship:
Any graduating senior who will pursue a college education after high school. Must submit application and 500 word essay of selected topics. This award is up to a $1,000 scholarship.

Rotary Scholarship: This scholarship recognizes high school seniors who have been actively involved in serving others in the community and plan to pursue a post- secondary education.  This scholarship is for $500.

South Box Elder Farm Bureau Scholarship: This is a local scholarship for students who show academic ability, leadership and community involvement.

Kiwanis of Brigham City Scholarship: This is a $1,000 scholarship for a senior student who shows exemplary service and community involvement.
