The following scholarships are available through the counseling office:

Utah Society of Professional Engineers Scholarship: This is a $1,000 scholarship to students who will enroll in an accredited Engineering program in Utah. Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher, a 29 or higher math ACT, and a 25 or higher English ACT score.

The Violet Richardson Award: This is a $1,000 scholarship for a young lady who has shown great volunteer service to her community particularly service that benefits women or girls.

BYU Idaho Heber J. Grant Scholarship: This all student who have faced disadvantages such as: low family income over time, parents did not grad from college, raised by a single parent, and other such disadvantages.

The Discover Card Tribute Award: This scholarship is for Junior students with 2.75 GPA or better, have over come significant obstacles and show leadership in their community.

Utah Association of Educational Office Professionals Scholarship: This is a $500 scholarship for a student who will pursue further education in an office-related business program and has completed two or more business courses.

American Cancer Society Scholarship: This scholarship is for students that have been diagnosed with cancer before the age 21, will graduate, has been accepted to college, and has a 2.5 GPA or better.

Gates Millennium Scholars Program: Senior students who are African American, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian Pacific Islander American, or Hispanic, have 3.3 GPA or higher, demonstrated leadership skills, community service, and have participated in extra-curricular activities are eligible. Must submit a FASFA form and be Pell grant eligible.

Utah School Counseling Lynn Jensen Scholarship: Must be a graduating senior who plans to pursue a career as a school counselor or public educator. Must have a 2.5 or higher GPA and provide two letters of recommendation.

US Bank Internet Scholarship Program: This is a $1,000 scholarship given to students through a random drawing. There are 30 available, and you must register with US Bank to be eligible.

SAE Engineering Scholarships: For students who plan to pursue a degree in Engineering or related field. Must show academic achievement. Check in the counseling center for university and undesignated scholarships.

USU Educational Opportunity Scholarship: GPA 3.0 or better and an ACT score of 23 or higher. Student will be required to submit a personal essay.

KFC Colonel’s Scholars: Seniors who will pursue a Bachelor’s degree at a public university within UT. Must have a 2.75 GPA or higher and show financial need.

DeLonne Anderson Memorial Scholarship: This is a $1500 scholarship for students that have a 3.0 GPA or better, actively involved in the community and show financial need.

Burger King Scholars Program: This is a $1,000 scholarship for senior students. Student must maintain a GPA 2.5 or higher, work an average of 15 hours per week, 40 weeks per year, actively involved in community service, and demonstrate financial need.

Flying J Scholarship Program: Students who will be full-time at a vocational, two-year, or four-year school and have a 3.0 GPA or higher.

BATC Applied Tech Scholarship: This scholarship is for students who plan to attend BATC and complete a technical program after high school. Covers tuition and program fees for one program.

Energy Solutions Foundation Scholarship: Must be a 10th grader, must have and maintain a 3.5 GPA, plan to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in math, science, or Engineering. Also must be involved in leadership and volunteer activities.

Regents’ Scholarship: This is a $1,000 scholarship for students that meet a rigorous high school curriculum. Students must have passed 4 years English, 4 years of math Elementary Algebra or higher, 3.5 years of Social Studies, 3 years of Science not to include Earth Systems, 2 years of a foreign language. 1.5 years of fine arts, 2 years of PE, 1 year of CTE, .5 year of computer technology, and .5 year of financial literacy.

Elks National Foundation most Valuable Student Scholarship: This is for a high school senior who shows academic achievement, Leadership, and Financial Need.

American Legion Oratorical Contest: Students can compete for scholarships which range from $18,000 to $1,500. Students will present an oration on a selected topic.

The McKelvey Foundation Entrepreneurial Scholarship: This is $40,000 for a student that will attend a four yr college  and has successfully owned and operated a genuine business.
