by John Holland in his theory of occupational choice. An individual will
typically be compatible with up to 3 Holland Codes.
Technical Realistic (Doer)
Realistic personality types have good coordination, motor skills, and
mechanical aptitude. They enjoy using tools and prefer hands-on work
tasks.
Scientific Investigative (Thinker)
Investigative personality types enjoy science and math. They are analytical
thinkers and enjoy working with ideas. They generally prefer to work
alone.
